Leveraging your expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

responsibilities :
Identify key areas for optimization and experimentation
Design A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely
Develop testing strategies, including defining success metrics, sample sizes, and test durations, to ensure statistically significant results
Monitor test performance in real-time, analyze results, and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Provide recommendations for website and app enhancements based on test results and user feedback
Implement experiments across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns
Iterate on testing methodologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation processes
Work closely with data analysts, designers, developers, and product managers
