Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all‑things‑digital” solutions, is looking for a Sales Executive, Domain Specialist to join its innovative team.
We are looking for a Sales Executive with deep domain focus who will own revenue growth in a chosen industry vertical (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI). This role combines hands‑on sales execution with strategic domain positioning.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the sales quota in the assigned domain
- Design and execute domain-focused marketing and outbound campaigns with marketing and lead‑generation teams
- Manage and guide lead‑generation managers working on outbound activities in your domain
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting and discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the chosen vertical
- Act as the domain ambassador for clients, aligning their industry needs with our service offerings
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to refine the go‑to‑market strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (software development as a service)
- Understanding of IT delivery models (dedicated teams, managed services, staff augmentation)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of at least one key industry domain (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI)
- Experience designing or executing outbound and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate and mentor lead‑generation specialists
- Upper‑Intermediate or higher level of English; fluent German highly desirable
Nice to Have
- Engineering background: hands‑on experience, pet projects, and/or education
- Existing network of contacts in the target domain
- Experience with CRM for campaign and pipeline management
- Familiarity with account‑based marketing (ABM) approaches
