Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Consultant for our client.

The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of our client Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions and is responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with platform design best practices and a defined implementation methodology.

You Are Experienced With:

• ServiceNow platform, including key modules and capabilities.
• Understanding of integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and API management.
• Creating HLDs and LLDs for integration and process improvement projects.
• Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools.
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

YOU WANT TO

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ServiceNow and integration projects.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define requirements and oversee the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Ensure seamless data exchange and alignment of integration workflows with business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and process flows.
• Use Archimate to model and communicate architectural concepts and integration designs effectively.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on leveraging ServiceNow to meet business objectives.
