- defining RF performance test strategy for L1 Layer of base stations,
- preparing and executing RF performance tests using sophisticated RF measurement equipment (signal analyzers, signal generators, channel emulators),
- developing E2E UE testing lab environment and scenarios,
- analyzing the measurement results,
- debugging logs and failures,
- creating automated test scenarios,
- investigating customer issues from the field.
You will develop extensive knowledge of 5G system physical layer, Nokia hardware platforms and the way our customers are deploying them. You will contribute to develop innovative solutions to address Nokia strategy in the 5G domain and beyond.

- Education BSC / Engineer in: Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or a similar subject
- Solid knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP standard, especially air interface
- UE testing experience with Qualcomm products
- Hands-on experience with RF measurements, equipment (signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters)
- Experience in over-the-air lab testing is an advantage
- Knowledge of UNIX environment and command line
- Experience in test automation (perl/python) is an advantage
- Understanding of technical documentation and technical writing skills
- Ability to analytical thinking and solve technical problems
- Team-player attitude
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
