As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets and animations that bring our virtual world to life.

• Collaborate with the art and design teams to develop visually stunning environments and characters
• Create and implement 3D models, textures, and animations for in-game assets
• Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in 3D design and animation

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the iconic railway station building in Krakow.

• Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
• Solid knowledge of 3D animation principles and experience in creating dynamic animations and motion graphics.
• Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and smooth gameplay.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and contribute to the overall vision.
• A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive environments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, animation, and design work, particularly in gaming.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of geolocation-based games and previous experience in similar projects is a bonus.
