More about this opportunity 

We are seeking a seasoned IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of  experience to join a global provider of printing services. The candidate will play a critical  role in managing and supporting IT operations, with a focus on Optimised Print Services  (OPS) and Microsoft environments. You will work closely with international teams,  supporting branches in both domestic and foreign markets. 


Your responsibilities 

  • Adaptation, implementation, and expansion of functionality in the Optimised  Print Services (OPS) area. 
  • Implement changes through parameterisation based on change requests,  including performing quality checks to ensure successful modifications.
  • Technical documentation of processes and applications, ensuring they are  regularly updated and accurately maintained. 
  • Provide ongoing support for application operations and 2nd-level support activities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. 
  • Collaborate with international teams, developing and implementing technical  solutions for both domestic and foreign branches. 
  • Support lifecycle application management, ensuring updates and  deployments are performed effectively and efficiently. 
  • Ensure the stability and security of IT environments, including hardware,  networks, and software, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (MS Server, MS  SQL, MS OS). 
  • Utilize ServiceNow to manage support tickets and change requests, ensuring  timely and accurate resolution of issues. 


Our requirements 

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, with specific knowledge in OPS or related  technologies. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft environments (MS Server, MS SQL, MS OS).
  • Experience with change management, including parameterisation and quality  assurance. 
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and updating processes and systems  documentation regularly. 
  • Previous exposure to application operations and 2nd-level support activities. Strong understanding of network and hardware troubleshooting. Ability to work in a remote international environment and create solutions for  global branches. 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.
