The Opportunity

In this overall context, the organization of Commercial Acquiring Merchant Services is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist in Warsaw for the Acquiring 3rd Party Management & Solutions team. As a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing missions. Missions are mid-sized projects with frequent recurring character. A mission contains the gathering of partners requirements, the coordination of interface setups, the testing with partners, as well as going live. Multiple platforms like transaction processing front and back office, interfaces for message flows, terminal management systems, network, and security are part of your daily business.

A high number of payment transactions from card-present (physical terminals) and card-not-present (eCommerce) is received via 3rd parties today, and missions supporting 3rd parties are crucial to the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage different types of missions (end-to-end)
• Assess and adapt activities and documentation to new situations
• Cost and effort estimations
• Coordinate between Sales, external partners, and internal technical teams
• Willingness to understand the key IT platform and their context on a high level
• Coordination skills, some experience in managing projects
