Requirements: - We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and ideally experience in the following areas and technologies:
- Supporting small to medium-sized businesses
- Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- Hyper-V
- SQL
- Hosted/Cloud emails, backups, desktop solutions, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS
- MS Hosted Exchange / Office 365 / MS Teams / Intune / Azure AD / AIP / Co-Pilot / MFA / Conditional access policies
- Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services / Clusters
- LAN / TCPIP / DHCP / DNS / Firewalls / VPNs / Wi-Fi / WatchGuard / Unifi
- Fibre / EFM / Leased Lines
- Solarwinds Remote Management Tools
- Advanced Threat Protection
- Windows 10/11 / Apple & MS Office suite
- General software, Sage Accounts, Anti-Virus, Backup tools, etc.
- A good understanding of Cyber Essentials Policies & Procedures
Responsibilities: - In this full-time role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while focusing on delivering outstanding support to our clients. This position is dynamic, often fast-paced, and involves addressing a variety of technical issues. You will have a robust support network, allowing for effective escalation of issues. By being assigned specific clients, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships and understand their businesses thoroughly. We encourage taking a non-jargon approach to communication since many of our clients may not be technically savvy. Our goal is to exceed client expectations in all interactions. Additionally, you will be expected to attend the office once a month whenever logistically possible, to foster connections with colleagues and stay aligned with our company culture.
