Join Rublon to work with a team of cybersecurity enthusiasts who are building the future of enterprise user authentication. Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication is used by hundreds of customers across the globe to protect employee logins to networks, servers, endpoints and applications.

We are looking for a long-term employee or contractor who will provide technical support to end users of Rublon MFA in English and German.

  • Youll work remotely or in our office in Kraków or Zielona Góra
  • Language: Polish for communication with team members; German and English for communication with end users

What Youll Do

As a 2nd Level Support Specialist at Rublon you will help customers use Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication:

  • Provide second level support to end users, helping them deploy, configure and manage Rublon MFA
  • Identify, analyze and implement solutions to issues reported by users via ticketing system, phone and email
  • Ensure smooth operation of second level support in cooperation with foreign partners
  • Facilitate communication between users and third level support teams
  • Implement changes and adjust documentation according to ITIL methodology
  • Work on business days between 08:00 and 17:00 CET (8 hours/day)
  • Optionally provide 24/7 support (paid extra)


Skills You Have

  • Very good written and oral knowledge of German language (level C1 or better)
  • Very good written knowledge of English language (level C1 or better)
  • Experience in a similar position, using support ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of incident, change and issue management practices in line with ITIL methodology
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux server environments
  • Ability to prioritize, be responsible and work independently
  • Ability to confidently communicate with peers
  • Confidence in using business software tools
  • General understanding of IT, allowing you to freely use industry terminology


Requirements

  • Very good written and oral knowledge of both German and English language (level C1 or better)
  • Work permit in Poland


Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Windows Server administration, incl. Active Directory/LDAP and PowerShell
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies like Entra ID and Intune
  • Experience with Amazon AWS
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Knowledge of information security
