Remuneration: up to about PLN/H net + VAT (we are open to negotiation)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analysing, reproducing and solving Incidents (Incident Management)
2. Working with Problem tickets (Problem Management)
3. Developing and improving monitoring and tooling
4. Identifying opportunities for automation
5. Participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions
6. Contributing to Knowledge Data Base and sharing knowledge within the team

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in IT industry (IT Operations or Development)
2. Experience in 2nd line IT support team
3. Good command of SQL language
4. Banking experience
5. English language on a professional level

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) system including AA module
2. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes technologies
3. Knowledge of Oracle XMLType
4. Experience with Weblogic
5. Knowledge of Splunk or AppDynamics
