Overview
BNY Mellon offers a 24-month analyst program designed to develop talent through rotational experiences across the Risk & Compliance organization. The program provides exposure to high-priority initiatives and interaction with senior leadership, with a path to roles across multiple functions upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations within Risk & Compliance to gain hands-on experience across themes such as Credit Risk, Treasury & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Technology Risk Management, Market Risk, Compliance, Model Risk, and Enterprise-wide Functions.
- Contribute to real-world risk management and compliance work as part of a global team.
- Engage with projects that provide analytical and interpersonal development, guided by a peer mentor and senior stakeholders.
Program details
- Location: Wroclaw, Poland
- Length: 24 months; a holistic talent development journey with rotational experiences
- Eligibility: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business and/or technology; graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026; no sponsorship required for employment visa status in the country of application
