Join the Finance team at L’Oréal, specializing in the critical integration of Invoice Processing and Payment Factory Teams.
Your 12‑month journey will be structured into two impactful rotations: six months dedicated to Invoice Processing and another six months focused on the Payment Factory. This program offers deep immersion into the entire P2P cycle, providing a holistic understanding of financial operations, while developing core professional skills in process analysis, data interpretation, and problem‑solving. You’ll gain invaluable experience in a multicultural global company, develop strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, and build a robust professional network.
Responsibilities
- Lead ‘Open Items Analysis & Clearing’ Project: Dedicated analysis and clearing of open items on both Invoice Processing and Payment Factory sides.
- Drive Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify, propose, and document enhancements to the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle, ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to improved financial controls.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with various departments and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, gather requirements, facilitate change management, and ensure project success.
- Contribute to Digital Transformation: Assist in the deployment of new financial tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly in the area of digitalisation of accounting and tax, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Drive Transformation Projects: Actively participate in and support key financial transformation projects from conceptualisation to implementation, enhancing L’Oréal’s financial backbone.
- Leverage Data for Insights: Enhance the use of existing, AI‑powered analytical reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance, derive insights, and improve tool adoption among finance teams.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, digital transformation, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- A proactive, agile, and curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
