As a Demand Planner:

• Ensure sales forecast accuracy and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process .
• Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribute to its rationalization .
• Manage the sales forecasts quality .
• Build the baseline forecast .
• Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launch sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams .
• Ensure the global sales forecast consistency through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts , the financial trend, and the sales history .
• Participate in the improvement of the sales forecast practices .
• Independence & Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects from conception to optimization, exhibiting strong self-motivation and ownership.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including internal teams, warehouse operations, and external partners.
• Attention to Detail: Possesses meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity in data, processes, and all communications.
• Resilience &Adaptability: Ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure, adapting quickly and effectively to changing priorities and dynamic business environments.
• Analytical Mindset & Technical Proficiency: A highly analytical mindset complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data analysis and reporting. Demonstrated experience with SAP systems is also required.
