Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies for Luxe local brands to build lasting relationships with high-value consumers, driving customer engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately building brand equity and sustainable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy Orchestration
- Adapt global CRM strategy to the local market and oversee execution.
- Maintain a clean CRM database, enrich it, execute targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data insights.
- Work with multi‑divisional, zone and global teams; share best practices, stay updated on CRM trends to ensure consistent strategies across markets.
- CRM Campaigns Management
- Create briefs, collaborate on creative, manage timelines and budgets, delivering impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate campaign performance, provide feedback, and maintain partner relationships to foster continuous improvement.
- First‑Party Data Acquisition
- Grow the first‑party customer database, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to implement and optimize data capture across key touchpoints.
- Track performance and improve acquisition tactics based on insights and results.
Qualifications
- First years of experience in CRM campaigns and media management.
- Experience in a media house is an advantage.
- Knowledge of consumer lifecycle management and CRM techniques.
- Experience with CLV analytics, one‑to‑one consumer interaction, brand strategy intelligence, consumer insights leveraging, full‑funnel consumer database activation, data acquisition touchpoint management.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
