We are currently looking for a smart 1st Line Support Specialist.
responsibilities :
24h phone support (shared duty with other people from the team), i.e., responding to all incoming customer calls, ticket registration, categorization, and conducting or joining bridges with the customer
Collaboration with the Product Development Manager to monitor and manage Product Backlog
SLA management and escalation with the company
Testing / retesting critical fixes if the checks are within capability
Problem management
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Practical experience in software support or software implementation
Solid understanding of client/server architecture, networking, and internet technologies
Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
Knowledge of relational databases
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Professional approach to customer service and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
