We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist (HR) to join our dynamic team at Hire-Fox. As a recruitment specialist in the technical field, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing top-tier professionals in IT, Engineering, Automation, and related tech-industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements;
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc;
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions;
- Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;
- Completing the paperwork for new hires;
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity;
- Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company;
- Providing recruitment reports to hiring managers and headquarter recruitment center;
- Conduct the related HR projects.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related subjects;
- 3-5 years of overseas recruitment experience in tech industry is preferred;
- Familiar with different types of interview skills;
- Experience with recruitment process and databases;
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good decision-making and multi-task skills;
