Project Information:

• Location: Kraków/ Opole
• Type of work: hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
• Type of employment: UoP, full time
• Remuneration: 8000 - 10000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Technical support, answering customer questions
• Solving problems by phone, mail, chat
• Support with the MS Office package

Requirements:

• First experience in IT Support
• Very good knowledge of English and French (;min. B2);
• Willingness to develop in the IT industry
• Analytical skills
• Attention to details
