Job description
As a Project Manager, you will be our key person in managing projects for clients from the USA who spend between $500,000 and $3M on marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing teams of specialists and coordinating projects,
- Focusing on the client and their success — from reporting to regular meetings,
- Supporting a strategic approach to optimizing marketing activities, from PPC to SEO, UX, and CRO.
Youre a perfect match if:
- You have an open attitude towards client communication,
- You speak English fluently (B2+/C1 level),
- You have extensive experience in Digital Marketing. You’ve worked cross-functionally with diverse teams — technical, creative, web development, paid media — and know how to effectively collaborate with both developers and designers.
- You have experience with project management tools — Asana, Slack, Notion, GSuite, etc.
- ⚙ You have experience managing projects and task teams, and you know how to coordinate, set goals, and assign tasks,
- You know how to create reports and analyses, and you have the skills to extract and visualize simple data sets (knowledge of Google Sheets),
- You are growth-oriented, not afraid of challenges, and enjoy taking responsibility for co-leading projects.
