We are looking for a skilled professional to offer advanced support for Windows 11 operating systems and web browser technologies.
responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain baseline browser configurations across platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Configure Intune CSP settings and effectively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Act as a Level 3 support expert for browser-related and Windows issues using ServiceNow.
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges within the Windows 11 environment.
Work closely with the Packaging Team and external vendors to enhance browser technologies.
requirements-expected :
In-depth understanding of web browsers such as Edge, Chrome, and Safari, as well as experience with Intune management.
Knowledge of MEM Win32 applications, Azure Active Directory, and Autopilot deployment processes.
Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of browser and Windows systems.
