responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Windows systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Collaborate with other IT teams for infrastructure and application deployment.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience as a Windows Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments (e.g., Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP management.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
Understanding of networking protocols and firewalls in Windows environments.
Experience with monitoring tools like System Center, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
