A successful Web Content Team Lead will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality web content across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
This job requires working in the afternoon hours starting from 2pm or later.

responsibilities :
Plan, write, edit, and publish engaging and informative web content, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, and website copy.
Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Manage the content lifecycle, from initial concept to publication and ongoing maintenance.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies.
Track website traffic and analyze key metrics to measure content performance.
Generate reports on website traffic, user engagement, and content effectiveness.
Use data to inform content optimization and decision-making.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide ongoing coaching.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Web Content team.
requirements-expected :
Professional experience on Wed Content Lead or similar role
Strong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markup.
Proficient in CSS3, including flexbox, grid, and responsive design.
Experience with Rich Text Editors
Expertise in CMS
Experience in text editors like Dreamweaver, Visual Studio Code
Expepience with DMS, DAM, Site Crawling Tools: Screaming Frog, Wget or similar
Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience in Jira, SolarWinds or similar, Wiki/Knowledge BasE, CMDB, SFTP: Filezilla, Cyberduck or similar
Fluent English.
