Offer description:
The job consists of picking orders at a large logistics warehouse for automotive parts (European Logistics and Development Center). The picking process is done using a scanner for different orders (batteries, exhaust pipes, plugs, filters, and small parts of fasteners or screws, etc.). Weight for women is from a few grams to 12 kg, for men, it is up to 25 kg.
Workers do not carry the boxes with orders, there are automatic conveyor belts on which they take the loaded boxes to the appropriate department and the rack.
Duties:
- sorting goods (the scanner shows which rack and where the container is, the quantity and the name of the goods),
- order picking consists of scanning barcodes of individual products (in case of wholesale orders). When there is nothing to pick - we switch the scanner to sorting,
- very small small goods we put together in cardboard boxes. The scanner shows which container we should take. We put the whole box into the sorting container.
Place of work: Swobodnia (40km from Warsaw).
Requirements:
- manual abilities,
- desire to work and diligence,
- good physical form,
- good eyesight.
We offer:
- 4300,00 - 6500,00 PLN gross per month + bonus up to 2000 PLN gross contract of employment (umowa o pracę),
- 4000,00 - 6500,00 PLN net per month + bonus up to 2000 PLN gross contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie),
- 300 zł/month brutto for attendance per month,
- 300 zł/month brutto for attendance per quarter,
-3-shift work schedule (Monday-Saturday),
- individual training (3-4 days),
- accommodation - 450 PLN (if needed),
- travel to work,
- work clothes and shoes,
- health and safety training and medical examinations,
- Russian / Polish / English speaking coordinator,
- mobile operator SIM card,
- Dreman mobile application.
