Warehouse Worker – Large Parcel Logistics

Your responsibilities

• Manual loading and unloading of large-size goods
• Handling courier shipments such as bumpers, furniture, long parcels, shower cabins, bicycles, refrigerators, etc.
• Sorting parcels and arranging them on the platform according to destination labels
• Work is carried out in a calm environment and at a moderate pace
• No scanners used

What employer offers

Work Schedule

•Trial period (first 2 weeks):

Monday to Saturday, 5–6 hours per day (20:00–01:00)

•After trial period:

Monday to Saturday, 20:00–05:00 (with a possibility to start at 17:00)

Monthly total: 220–300 working hours

Compensation

•During the trial period: 24.63 PLN/hour net

•After the trial period: 25.72 PLN/hour net

Estimated monthly earnings: 5,660 – 7,700 PLN net

Accommodation

•Candidates are encouraged to arrange accommodation independently

•Bonus: 200 PLN/month for independent housing (after completing at least 220 working hours)

•Shared accommodation is available (2–3 people per room) at 800 PLN/month

•A refundable deposit of 200 PLN is required upon move-in (returned after 30 working days)

Additional Information

•Free vending machine with water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and soup available on-site

•Staff canteen equipped with a microwave, tableware, and other essentials

•Work shoes provided
