Lead and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve daily and long-term operational goals.
Ensure the warehouse is properly organized, staffed, and compliant with safety standards.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations in line with company objectives.
Process and Performance Management
Oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
Lead or participate in LEAN and continuous improvement meetings.
Drive efficiency and productivity through warehouse layout and workflow optimization.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication
Act as the main contact for internal departments and external logistics partners.
Conduct regular performance evaluations with service providers and internal stakeholders.
Support HR in employee training, development, and appraisal processes.
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain leadership position.
Strong leadership, motivational, and communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experienced with ERP and WMS systems.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs, and process management.
Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
