The Firstline Maintenance (FM) division of DT Technik GmbH represented in Poland by T-Mobile and GTS entities, monitors and operates DTAGs international network infrastructure and produces intercarrier and wholesale services. In the Voice/Signaling Operations squad, we are responsible for the 24/7 operation of Deutsche Telekoms international voice and signaling services and thus make a significant contribution to the worldwide communications infrastructure.
As Voice/Signaling Services Operations Specialist (m/f/d) in the Voice Signaling Operations team, you will ensure the application availability of Deutsche Telekoms international voice and signaling services. You will monitor the services in 24/7 operation, analyze errors and rectify faults. In this way, you will ensure a high level of quality for our services.
responsibilities :
In addition to error analyses, you will also carry out analyses of technical faults and rectify these faults, you will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support in the rectification of incidents
You will be involved in the design, implementation and further development of infrastructures or applications
You support standard activities in connection with Operations, e.g. closing security gaps
You will be involved in the further development of the degree of automation in the area of Operations (e.g. ticket system, processes)
You work on optimization projects
You communicate with customers in the business language English, both orally and in writing
You work at the interface between technology, engineering and commercial interests and thus ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
requirements-expected :
You have experience to easily work in voice/signaling products and telecommunication services.
You already have several years of professional experience in the field of network operations.
You are also characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
Very good knowledge of IT Operations
Good knowledge in the areas of carrier voice (networks, services), signaling/roaming and messaging
Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting and experience with trouble ticket systems
Experience in IT incident management and corresponding customer orientation
Willingness to work in shifts
Good command of written and spoken Polish and English
