We invite a creative and energetic Video Production Manager to become part of our strong professional team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. For over 16 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining YouTube channels.
• Filming videos (interviews, lectures, onboardings, etc.).
• Participating in editing.
• Appointing performers and setting dates; controlling the process.
• Participating in writing texts and questions (putting technical specifications, checking, making adjustments, agreeing).
• Writing text if necessary.
• Participating in choosing topics for interviews and studying speakers (topics/views, etc.).
• Working with contractors.
• Coordinating shots/plans before recording.
• Uploading videos to YouTube if required (designing shorts, etc.).
• Working with videos on YouTube.
• Controlling video posting on social networks.
• Selecting and approving actors for filming videos.
• Checking the storyboard and making adjustments for videos.
• Organizing dubbing/re-voicing and choosing voices for dubbing.

Requirements

• Experience in organizing the filming process.
• Level of English - from Intermediate, at least written.
