Vendor and Workforce Operations SME for a Global Banking Client About the Role: A global banking client is seeking a Vendor and Workforce Operations SME to join their Global Defense - Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role is essential in managing vendor relationships and workforce operations, including tracking performance, managing contracts, coordinating mandatory training, and supporting global recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee vendor operations, including task tracking and performance reviews. Manage contract processes and facilitate approvals. Track mandatory training and workforce furloughs. Monitor travel and entertainment costs. Support global recruitment activities. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
