• Support and optimize research repository adoption and best practices.

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research.
• Strong experience conducting end-to-end research using methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Glassbox.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating the impact of research on product decisions.

• Degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing products.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
