Responsibilities

• Supervision of plant compressed air, circulating water, oxygen installations, purification systems, pure water systems, and HVAC systems.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing energy consumption.
• Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs of utility infrastructure.
• Supporting the maintenance team in troubleshooting utility issues.
• Participating in modernization and investment projects.
• Collaborating with external suppliers and service providers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid unlimited SEP certificates – Supervision & Operation – Groups 1, 2, and 3.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, circulating water, oxygen installations, purification systems, pure water systems, and HVAC.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with familiarity with the Kaizen/Lean approach.
• Knowledge of ETS (Emissions Trading System) and other key environmental regulations.
• Experience working with BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of HSE practices, work permits, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
