Responsibilities
- Supervision of plant compressed air, circulating water, oxygen installations, purification systems, pure water systems, and HVAC systems.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing energy consumption.
- Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs of utility infrastructure.
- Supporting the maintenance team in troubleshooting utility issues.
- Participating in modernization and investment projects.
- Collaborating with external suppliers and service providers.
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid unlimited SEP certificates – Supervision & Operation – Groups 1, 2, and 3.
- Knowledge of compressed air systems, circulating water, oxygen installations, purification systems, pure water systems, and HVAC.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with familiarity with the Kaizen/Lean approach.
- Knowledge of ETS (Emissions Trading System) and other key environmental regulations.
- Experience working with BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of HSE practices, work permits, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
