Mobile User Acquisition Manager
We’re looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to own our UA strategy across multiple apps.
You’ll plan, launch and optimise campaigns that drive high‑quality users while keeping acquisition costs efficient. Partnering closely with product, design and data, you’ll turn insights into growth – pushing ROAS higher and CPI lower with every iteration.
What you’ll do
- Run & optimise campaigns: Plan, execute and scale user acquisition across Facebook, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads.
- Own the data: Dive into SQL, Metabase and Excel to analyse performance, and continuously optimise targeting, creatives and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with Growth, Product and Design to align UA with product and monetisation goals.
- Experiment constantly: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages and audience segments to drive improved performance across user acquisition channels.
- Manage multiple apps: Balance campaigns across different products, each with its own growth playbook.
- Level up ASO: Implement and track strategies to improve app visibility, rankings and conversion rates in the app stores.
- Report & refine: Track CPI, ROAS, LTV and user retention, while managing campaign budgets and pacing to maximise efficiency.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Must have experience working on the developer side (in‑house at an app or game company), NOT agency.
- 2‑3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok and Apple Store.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, Metabase & Excel to derive insights and drive campaign performance.
- Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS and LTV.
- Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g. Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track user behaviour and optimise campaigns.
- A track record of cross‑functional collaboration, partnering with marketing, product, design and data teams to align strategies and deliver results.
- Ownership mindset – ability to work independently, lead projects and manage multiple campaigns with precision.
- Creative problem‑solving skills with a passion for experimentation and continuous optimisation.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with ad networks such as Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin and Moloco.
- Experience in growth channels like influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing or SEO.
- Background in gaming, music or dating apps.
