We are a part of the leading multichannel sports platform in the German-speaking region: Sport1.De We focus on premium live sport content, proven sports expertise, and high-quality, entertaining reporting. SPORT1 is Germany's largest sports platform, with over 7 million social media followers and 20 million video views per month. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our User Experience & Brand Team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and participate in design processes from user research and concept development to final implementation. Ensure user needs are prioritized throughout. Own the digital design system, maintaining consistency and integrity across all SPORT1 products. Continuously evolve the system to align with brand updates. Create visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces that enhance the user journey. Ensure all designs are in line with SPORT1’s brand guidelines and visual identity. Collaborate with other designers, provide guidance to junior team members, and maintain design consistency and quality. Assist with usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs within the product roadmap in an agile environment. Effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders, balancing user needs with business objectives. Contribute to the development and execution of UI/UX strategies that align with company goals and elevate SPORT1's digital presence across various platforms. QUALIFICATIONS: Ideally 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital projects. Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A strong interest in sports and sports media, with an understanding of how it influences user experiences is a plus Fluency in English, German is a plus If you possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply.
