Your Responsibilities
Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound)
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude
Our Requirements
Polish/Russian/Turkish/Dutch skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
Availability to work in flexible hours, sometimes on weekends, local public holidays
Customer service/call center/travel industry/airline industry previous experience is preferred
