Obowiązki

• Owning gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements;
• Leading the solution development, quality assurance, and release management for owned applications to meet business, user, and solution requirements;
• Coordination with the Project Managers, Operations Managers, Data Engineers, Architects and Vendors / Suppliers to deliver the functionalities in accordance with the defined priorities.;
• The Junior Application Manager can specialize in one application or one module of larger application and / or technical platform.

Wymagania

• Ability to break down requirements and find solutions to complex problems, ensuring business needs are translated into proper technical specifications.
• Strong team-orientation with the ability to maintain partnerships with other team members (business owners, product managers, architects, software developers, data engineers, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adjust the message to various audiences and manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, product management frameworks (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure preferably).
• 1+ years of SAP Application Management experience.
• English B2+
• 1+ years of Full AM lifecycle experience.
• 1+ years of Project Management experience.
