Requirements
- Min. 6 years experience in transport planning and coordinating daily operations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with transport management systems and data analysis tools (f.e. Power BI)
- Experience in process improvement
- Advanced English (at minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
