Job Description
As part of the EMEA Training Team, you will split your time between acting as a System Technologist—providing lab and system support—and a Training Instructor—delivering technical courses. You will play a critical role in maintaining training environments and ensuring high‑quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery & Instruction
- Deliver technical and end‑user courses, both in‑person and virtually, for the MSI products portfolio, focusing on LMR and Mobile Video.
- Provide student support, answer questions, and facilitate lab exercises to ensure an effective learning experience.
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Development team to give feedback and suggestions for course content.
- Technical Support & Lab Management
- Offer expert support for various issues within the OneLE Eco‑System, including GUI problems, server‑side application issues, database, networking, desktop, simulator and tools.
- Provide critical lab support for all Training deliveries, ensuring systems are operational before, during and after courses.
- Maintain documentation and assets for the training environment, including shipping, ordering and logistics.
- Implement best practices to ensure system integrity and stability for training use.
Basic Requirements
- Education: Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills
- Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- In‑depth installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers/clients.
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Domain architecture, Active Directory, Linux/UNIX, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and Motorola’s LMR (DIMETRA) and Mobile Video Product Portfolio.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Fluency in English, Polish, and German. Excellent written and oral presentation skills in all three languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professional communication.

Expectations
This position requires onsite support and training delivery at the Krakow Training Centre. Overseas travel up to 40% for training delivery or lab support is expected.
