Our team of administrators is responsible for the administration and coordination of scheduled learning events, remotely or on customer sites. With responsibility for establishing and maintaining excellent customer and staff relationships, you’ll ensure total customer satisfaction.

From within our EMEA region, we support both local regional clients, as well as having responsibility for ensuring our global clients needs are met. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across different industries such as Financial Services, Insurance Services, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, and Technology.

The role operates on a hybrid basis with time split between our office in Krakow and home working.

Job Summary

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  1. Schedule, publish courses, and administer learner enrolments.
  2. Support the annual scheduling process on contracts.
  3. Liaise with internal and external vendors to arrange conference centres, hotels, trainers, print suppliers, catering, and equipment.
  4. Issue joining instructions to participants.
  5. Book accommodation for facilitators and participants, if required.
  6. Ensure all service level agreements are achieved.
  7. Make suggestions for improvements to enhance the service we provide.
  8. Support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organisational levels.

Qualifications

You’ll be supporting our clients in the EMEA region, and therefore fluency (written and spoken) in English and Polish is essential. Previous experience in a learning environment isn’t required; what’s important is the ability to plan and organize and provide strong administrative support, coupled with a positive approach and ‘can do’ attitude.

Additionally, we’ll require:

  1. Previous administration experience.
  2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  3. Proven effective communication skills, including verbal and written.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with a customer-focused proactive approach.
  5. Assertiveness and resilience.
  6. An optimistic outlook with the ambition/drive to learn and use your initiative to creatively problem solve.
