Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing Plan to translate brand and product strategy into effective actions across all channels and customer types.
- Identify and activate channel‑ and customer‑specific opportunities through local campaigns, acquisition initiatives, and loyalty programs.
- Manage and coordinate merchandising and point‑of‑sale materials, including supplier selection, design, production, and stock control.
- Ensure full alignment with Motul Europe brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Plan and execute B2B promotions, events, and product launches in collaboration with the Sales team and local partners.
- Support automation of promotion workflows and campaign tracking in CRM and SAP systems.
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and propose improvements to optimize marketing resources and ROI.
- Coordinate and implement digital trade campaigns and marketplace activities (e.g. Allegro) with the central Digital Marketing Platform.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all B2B partners (shops, workshops, garages) and marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with local agencies and suppliers to ensure high‑quality execution.
- Oversee creation, control, and execution of the trade marketing budget within the Cluster North region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in Trade Marketing, B2B communication, or distributor support.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Automotive Aftermarket industry is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross‑functional collaboration and budget responsibility.
- Practical know‑how in POS material development, event coordination, and channel marketing.
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of sales and distribution structures.
- Strategic and innovative mindset with a strong drive for results.
- Customer‑oriented, communicative, and team‑focused – living the true Motul Spirit.
- Fluent in Polish and English (French is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
- Fast learner with high adaptability to new digital tools.

Position Type: One‑year fixed‑term, Temporary Contract (temp).
