The associate works closely with vendor onboarding, risk domains, commercial buyer community and other functions to orchestrate the solution as envisioned.Location: Poznań, PolandWhat are we looking for?University Degree, business related studies preferred.2+ years of experience in relevant procurement operations experience.High level of commitment to quality work product & organizational ethics, integrity, compliance.Action and results oriented; ability to drive results, effect change, and have a positive impact on the organization.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.Fluency in English.What would be your key responsibilities?Identifying and monitoring nuances during setting up and nurturing phase of TPRM operations.Planning activities, task and timelines for risk assessment enablement of existing suppliers (execution 2023 onwards).Ensuring data sanctity during set-up and nurturing phases (from MDG, and other systems).Assessing volume and capacity requirement for establishing ongoing resources after the completion of program.Onboarding, training and supporting end-users who will be learning how to run their TPRM activities.Gathering learnings, user and supplier feedback and run reports in TPRM to fine tune process, establishing correct risk segmentation business logic, identify other process and system improvement.Monitoring dashboard queues and following up in a timely and accurate manner on issues.Complying with SOPs to successfully complete core tasks.Contacting stakeholders to close out past due items related to Third-party Risk.Editing and updating system of record (Archer/eGRC) for the TPRM program.Preparing reports and metrics forrelatively low budget compared to the market Third-Part Risk Management program.Performing appropriate SoD controlsSupporting the technical development of metrics, dashboards and KPI’sWhat can you expect from Mars?Contract of employment.Attractive financial conditions with Business Bonus and Christmas Bonus.We will also look after your safety and well-being by offering you rich benefits package incl. life insurance, medical care and Employee Assistance program.Extra savings scheme to support You in long perspective.Support in career building through personalized development plan.Attractive discounts on our products and access to limited series offers that Your family and friend will love.Possibility to participate in volunteering initiatives during working hours.A modern office in the city center where You can bring Your pet.Apply now and upload you profile in English.
