Thriving People Program Lead - Mars Pet Nutrition Europe



Location: Flexible within Europe

Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Thriving People Program Lead to champion human rights as part of the sustainability program, guiding systemic change and ensuring compliance with existing and upcoming EU reporting requirements.



What Were Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, or related fields (Masters preferred).
• Experience: Significant experience in human rights, supply chains, CSR, or sustainability within a global environment, with a proven track record of leadership and delivering impactful results.
• Skills: Expertise in human rights, labor laws, and industry standards (SA8000, ISO 26000); strong project management and collaboration abilities.

• Lead the regional Thriving People strategy for Pet Nutrition Europe.
• Oversee supply chain risk assessments and due diligence to address human rights issues.
• Align governance, frameworks, and policies with global and regional standards.
• Contribute to voluntary sustainability reports and regulatory disclosures.
• Build internal capability through training and best practices.
