Deploy test processes and establish a comprehensive test management approach.
Manage and lead testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting phases.
Utilize advanced knowledge of testing levels to develop and implement robust test strategies.
Demonstrate proven experience in test management, focusing on resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.
