Obowiązki

• Understanding their challenges and ambitions regarding IT Operating Model by discussing with the C-Suite, executives and team members

• Developing transformation strategy of the Operating Models towards agility

• Definition of target state for Agile Operating Models and transformation roadmaps

• Implementation and activation of re-defined strategy, capabilities and processes, Introducing of the Agile and Scaled Agile values and principles in the organization

• Building the efficiency in delivering value by introducing, re-shaping and improving operating model components: capabilities, processes, organization and technology

• Understanding and adopting new practices by coaching and training executives and teams

Wymagania

• Min. bachelor’s degree

• Experience in a consulting company in advisor role supporting IT Operating Model and Agile transformations with industry-leading frameworks and methodologies, proven with a certificates e.g. PMI, ITIL; Agile: PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, AgilePM or similar

Oferujemy

• Deep interest and practical experience (min. 2 years) in using Agile and Scaled Agile methods and practices

• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform end-to-end analyses

• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner with exceptional communicating skills allowing interactions with all levels, including C-Suite client representatives.

• First class written and verbal communication skills including excellent business English (good level of proficiency in second language regarded as a strong asset)

• Independency and ability to deal with new issues in dynamic work environments, including working and delivering under pressure and non-standard hours

• Experience and willingness to continue working in international & challenging environments at client’s locations mostly across Europe but also Middle East
