Tasks:
- Lead and manage the technical transition process for complex projects, ensuring seamless migration and integration of systems and services
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and execution of transition activities
- Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Identify potential technical challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and industry regulations throughout the transition process
- Monitor progress, report on key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members involved in the transition
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing complex technical transitions or migrations within IT environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Technical certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable
- Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
