About this opportunity
We at Ericsson Packet Core (PC) in Krakow are looking for a Technical Test Coordinator to join our product development. Our headquarters is based in Lindholmen, and we operate in Shanghai, Krakow, Budapest, Beijing and Bangalore.
What you will do
- Coordinate test activities to support feature development and delivery
- Ensure right quality assurance at the right test level with cost‑efficient solutions
- Define the "what" in the test activity
- Co‑operate with stakeholders such as program managers, test architects, other TTCs and product owners regarding test operation, strategy, policies and practices
- Deploy, improve, and communicate test policies and processes for TTC tasks and deliveries
The skills you bring
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Mathematics or an equivalent level of knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in testing or software development
- A passion for testing and a belief in the importance of quality assurance
- Analytical thinking, quick learning, collaboration and strong communication skills
- Interest in continuously developing your knowledge and sharing it with others
- Ability to lead discussions regarding scope, activities and strategies related to testing; natural mentoring of teams
- Focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into practical work and improvements
- Knowledge of agile project methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA & Confluence)
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment
- Knowledge of 4G/5G Packet Core products
- Polish at a communicative level

Location
This role requires working from Poland, Krakow office (3 days per week).
