TECHNICAL SUPPORT with GERMAN



Workplace: Sofia/Bulgaria

Full Time job contract

As a GERMAN Technical Support Advisor you will:

1. Work on simple or complex customer technical issues.
2. Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues.
3. Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
4. Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.

We are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in GERMAN language both written and spoken - C1.
• Good command of English - B2.

• 2900 BGN gross (6800 PLN).

Accommodation: We will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 300 EUR) and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until the employee rents his/her own apartment. We provide contact to rental agents who help find appropriate accommodation.
