Technical support specialist for business customers - French language

Responsibilities of the position:
- Providing first line support services via Service Desk
- Accepting service requests
- Handling various types of communicators
- Describing current requests
- Creating service notes
- Providing professional service to business customers
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
The employer expects:
- English and French - minimum required language level is b2/c1
- important: both languages of the language must allow you to communicate freely (phone, email, chat, teams)
freedom to conduct conversations - Experience in working with SAP system
- Experience in help desk related work (minimum one year)
- Willingness to develop professionally in related fields
- Education or directional courses - are an additional advantage but not a prerequisite
