  • As a Technical Support Specialist at Euroloop, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and effective assistance. You will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving a wide range of software and hardware issues, while also guiding clients on best practices for using our products.
  • This position is part of a **24/7 support structure**, requiring flexibility to work early or late shifts and participate in an on-call rotation as needed. You will also play a key role in creating support documentation and delivering technical trainings or presentations to both clients and internal teams.
  • The ideal candidate combines solid technical knowledge with strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. **Fluency in both Polish and English** (spoken and written) is essential to effectively support our diverse customer base.

responsibilities :


  • Provide first-line support to clients experiencing technical issues.
  • Provide responsive support to clients during normal shift hours, when scheduled for early and late shifts, and as identified for on-call or as requested by management. Early/Late shifts and on-call could be required of the role. Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet the 24/7 support requirements.
  • Monitor the network of deployed charging stations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, offering clear and actionable solutions.
  • Register and classify problems into our internal databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and tracking.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to find effective resolutions and schedule interventions.
  • Offer guidance and advice to clients on the optimal use of our products
  • Continuously update your knowledge of the companys products and the broader technological landscape.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs and other support documentation to assist in the efficient resolution of common issues.
  • Deliver internal and external training sessions, and present technical solutions or updates clearly and professionally.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of **2 years of hands-on experience in technical support**, preferably in a **senior or lead role**.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively handle escalated or complex technical issues.
  • Experience in delivering **presentations and technical trainings** to internal teams and/or external customers.
  • Strong familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies across software, hardware, and network layers.
  • Working knowledge of **Linux** environments and common diagnostic tools.
  • A customer-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests effectively.
  • Clear and confident communication style, with an empathetic, client-first approach.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) is required** to support local customers and collaborate with global teams.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and cross-team collaboration.
