Role

Technical SEO Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Perform technical site audits and fix issues that affect search visibility.
• Optimize site performance, loading speed and mobile experience in collaboration with the development team.
• Improve site architecture and indexing (internal linking, sitemaps, structured data).
• Monitor technical health and search visibility and react quickly to problems such as traffic drops.
• Manage key SEO elements: redirects, robots.txt, meta tags, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with IT, product owners and editorial teams to implement SEO solutions and educate on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical SEO.
• Hands‑on expertise with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto or Google Search Console.
• Ability to conduct technical audits and solve visibility problems, including indexing, duplicate content and Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of site structure optimization, internal linking, sitemaps and structured data.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams to deploy SEO changes.
• Preferable previous media experience and familiarity with AI tools in SEO.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient attitude and keen to monitor algorithm changes and implement new solutions.
