About the Opportunity

This is not just another sales role. You will become a trusted advisor to B2B clients, working at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and market insight.

Your customers will include companies from sectors such as:

• ? Printing & converting (labels, flexo, screen, etc.)

• ? Packaging & FMCG supply chains

• ? Chemical & industrial production

• ? Related technical manufacturing industries

You will help them optimise processes, improve product performance, and unlock new business potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and expand a portfolio of B2B clients across industrial sectors

• Identify new opportunities and develop strategic accounts

• Deliver tailored technical-commercial solutions aligned with customer needs

• Conduct client meetings, product trials, and on-site support

• Act as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams

• Analyse market trends and proactively develop growth strategies • Maintain long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.

Who We’re Looking For

:

You don’t need to tick every box — but ideally, you:

• Have experience in technical sales or B2B environments

• Come from or understand industries such as printing, packaging, chemicals, coatings, or manufacturing

• Feel confident talking to both engineers and decision-makers

• Combine a commercial mindset with technical curiosity • Are proactive, organised, and driven to achieve ambitious targets.

• Enjoy working independently while being part of a global team • Have a good command of both Polish and English (required for daily communication with clients and international teams)
