For our client, an international company with a strong position in their field, we are looking for a technical person with sales competencies.

Responsibilities:

• Technical lead, support, and advice to customers, designers, and contractors in the field of asphalt pavement strengthening.
• Responsibility for expanding new businesses, strengthening existing businesses, and meeting or exceeding growth forecasts.
• Budget responsibility.
• Establishing the commercial policy in relation to the strategic objectives.
• Responsibility for leading sales of asphalt pavement repair, reinforcement solutions, and reinforcement of concrete structures.
• Cooperation with governmental bodies, local authorities, and scientific entities.
• Actively working on construction sites and training customers.
• Presentation of our portfolio of products and services.
• Preparation and leading of pricing strategy.

Your Profile:

• Experience in road construction.
• Higher education in the field (Road and Bridge Construction).
• Strong technical knowledge for road constructions.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret norms, common scientific and technical documentation, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Experience in sales of technical products.
• Ability to sell system solutions.
• Knowledge of English allowing you to work freely in this language.
• Hands-on approach and team player.
• Driving license cat. B.
• Willingness to travel.
