We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of software solutions designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with solid project management skills to ensure the successful execution of projects involving .NET-based applications, Azure cloud services, and web portal platforms.

The tools being developed are designed for IT service providers, also known as Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These tools help automate various activities performed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as data backup and restoration, security management, and administrative tasks within Microsoft 365 tenants. The projects primary objective is to handle the migration of the current product to the Customer’s infrastructure. We follow a Kanban-based development process, and you can expect daily status meetings with the Customer. In this role, you will work closely with the product management, engineering, and QA teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver features that enhance our MSP software ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, C#, .NET Core, and MS Azure.
You’ll build a new team of up to 7 people, combining current employees and new hires. The team will focus on migrating the existing product to the Customer’s infrastructure and will collaborate closely with their Director of Engineering, Product Manager, and Technical Lead.
